Post Occupancy Evaluation can help me do a better job because it will enable us to determine what we did right. Currently, we always hear what we did wrong. Clients are not bashful about reporting things that were done incorrectly but 90% of the time, if we did something right, we won't ever hear about it. Knowing we are on the right track in any design situation is the first step in making something good, great!
