The Post Occupancy Evaluation completes the informational and communication loop established during the lifecycle of a project. In working to achieve a higher level of customer satisfaction, DGS can apply this feedback to better manage our customers and their expectations, avoid potential pitfalls, improve communication channels, and target areas in need of process improvement. As a Customer Account Manager in the Real Estate Services Division, I am continuously striving to learn the missions and operations of my clients.
